About Me

My name is Madison and I am 22. I currently live on the South Island of New Zealand.

I live on my computer. I write stories in WordPad and am online often reading about all sorts of things. World War II interests me greatly including Anne Frank, as well as American history (both North and South continents). Controversies and the unexplained (the Bermuda Triangle, the Mary Celeste, Area 51 etc.) can keep me occupied for hours. History is full of the most fascinating subjects from dinosaurs to insanitariums, how terribly (and recently) people were treated in such places astounds me. I enjoy delving into the past because I don't like the present.

When I'm not on the computer, I'm probably watching movies. I love the experience of watching something I've never seen before, meeting the characters for the first time and having no idea where the story is going to take them (even with films based on books I have read). I do have a collecton of DVDs, but seeing a movie for the first time is one of my greatest joys. I am partial to the horror genre and films such as Quentin Tarantino's. Eli Roth was the first director who inspired me to look into the work that goes on behind the camera.

I am far too optimistic for my own good, but those who are pessimistic get nowhere. I have aspirations beyond that of a mundane existence.
